1. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping on orders over $179.99.

2. Can I return items?
Yes. Items must be unassembled and in original packaging. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

3. How do I contact customer service?
Email support@vistule.com. Replies within 24 hours on business days.

Furniture (Tables)
4. Do tables require assembly?
Yes. Legs need to be attached. Tools and instructions are included. Assembly takes 5-10 minutes.

5. What is the weight capacity?
Each product page lists specific capacity. Typically between 30-50 kg.

6. What if the table top gets scratched?
Use coasters and placemats for daily protection. Avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surface.

Curtains & Table Runners
7. Can I wash the table runner?
Hand wash or dry clean recommended. Do not bleach. Hang dry.

8. Are the curtains blackout?
No. They are semi-sheer — let light through for a soft glow, but not fully transparent.

9. How do I hang the curtains?
Rod pocket design. Fits rods up to 4 cm in diameter.

10. Will the color fade?
Natural cotton may have slight color bleed on first wash. Wash separately.

11. Will the tassels unravel?
Tassels are reinforced. They won't unravel with normal use. Avoid pulling.

Mirrors
12. How do I install the mirror?
Comes with hanging hardware and instructions. You'll need a drill.

13. What is the frame made of?
Wood or metal frame. See product page for specific material.

14. Can I hang it horizontally?
Some styles can be hung both ways. Check the product page or contact us to confirm.
